Walking Proof at Hamilton Film Festival

I’m so excited to announce that my award-winning documentary Walking Proof will be screening at the 9th Annual Hamilton Film Festival on Friday, November 7th at 6:30pm. The documentary received glowing five star reviews after it premiered at Toronto’s Reel Indie Film Festival a year ago this month and it recently won an Independent Music Award so I could not be more delighted to finally have it screen in my hometown.

I am so thrilled by all the attention and accolades the film has received over the past year and I really hope to see as many of you at the screening as humanly possible. I cannot begin to show my appreciation for all your undying support but just know that I am forever grateful for it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. Walking Proof Film Premiere

My album documentary Walking Proof had its first public screening last Thursday! It premiered at The Royal Theatre in Toronto as part of the first annual Reel Indie Film Fest. To my surprise, it was a great success and even yielded a 5 STAR review from Canadian Film Review! It also received an amazing review from Toronto Film Scene and a lovely writeup from Gesilayefa Azorbo.

It was my first time seeing Walking Proof on the big screen and it was a really exciting experience. A lot of work was put into the film so it was nice to have it recognized for its artistry and story that just so happens to be true. For anyone who has been following me for years or has just discovered my music, I highly recommend you watch it.
